Our postage is collected daily and all items are posted on a 3-5 working day basis. This excludes bank holidays. To help offer a fair postage rate, all our rates are subject to weight as some shoes weigh considerably more than others. For multiple orders, the postage rate will be calculated and shown on the basket page. If you wish to place an exceptionally large order (£250+), please call us on 01424 465455 to see if we can offer a discounted rate.

Shoe Shuffle make every effort to ensure your item is delivered with care and is wrapped accordingly when despatched to you.
However, should you wish to return your item, please follow the below procedures:
Return to store
For an immediate refund, you can return the item directly to us. We will then be able to offer you an exchange or refund.
Return by post
Please call us as soon as possible so we can record that you wish to return the product. We will then ask you to post the item in the original packaging, upon receipt of the item, a refund will be returned to the account the original payment came from.
Shoe Shuffle will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a damaged or faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received on the following conditions:
- It is returned in the original packaging
- The fault is reported to us within 3 days of receiving your item. You can call us on 01424 465455 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
If any items in your order prove to be faulty, please return the items to us with a copy of the delivery note and indicate whether you would like to receive a refund or an exchange. Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. If you change your mind you may return any product to us, unworn and in perfect condition which includes all of the original packaging, within 28 days of receipt of your delivery. Please include a copy of the delivery note, the reason the product has been returned and indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (excluding your original delivery charge) or an exchange.
