Shipping and Returns


Our postage is collected daily and all items are posted on a 3-5 working day basis. This excludes bank holidays. To help offer a fair postage rate, all our rates are subject to weight as some shoes weigh considerably more than others. For multiple orders, the postage rate will be calculated and shown on the basket page. If you wish to place an exceptionally large order (£250+), please call us on 01424 465455 to see if we can offer a discounted rate.

If the order is going outside of the UK it may not be sent in the boxes due to weight and cost of postage. If you want the boxes you may have to pay more postage! You may have to pay addtional import charges when the item arrive in your country that we have no contol over or are not responsible for.

Please note all our parcels are sent out via Royal Mail. All the orders get collected weekdays at 16:00 so our cut off for next day delivery is weekdays 15:30. Any orders placed after 16:00 Fridays will not be collected until Monday therefore the tracking numbers will not work until Monday after 18:00 this includes next day delivery.

Next day delivery cost and abroad (outside UK) postage cost will not be refunded if the item is returned to us as it is a service provided by Royal Mail that we do not get refunded if you send it back and cannot afford to refund you from our own pocket as we are a small family run independent.

Returns Policy

Shoe Shuffle make every effort to ensure your item is delivered with care and is wrapped accordingly when dispatched to you.

However, should you wish to return your item, please follow the below procedures:

If you are looking to return or exchange an item, you get 14 calendar days to inform us you’ll be returning your order (cancelling your order) for a refund or exchange because the item doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind. This cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. Then you have another additional 14 days to get it back to us for a refund or an exchange providing it is in its original packaging (in box with the original tissue paper), unworn (no marks on the sole and no creases /marks on the upper material) and returned to us within 28 calendar days. Any returns out of this period will not be processed and you will have to pay £4.50 to get the item sent back to you.

For every item returned for a refund there will be a £2.50 administration processing fee taken from the cost of the item to help cover some of the cost our small business absorbs of your order.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, Shoe Shuffle will provide a full refund or exchange on the following conditions:

  • It is returned in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase.
  • The fault is reported to us within 3 days of receiving your item.

Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. 

If, after wear, you notice a manufacturers fault within the first 60 days of receiving your item, please email us at some photographs and a brief description of what has happened, and we will do our best to solve the problem. 

In all cases, please include a copy of the delivery note, the reason the product has been returned and indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (excluding your original delivery charge) or an exchange. 

Refunds will only be processed once the items have arrived to our warehouse. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

How to Return:

Return to store-
For an immediate refund, you can return the item directly to us within 28 days of purchase. We will be able to offer you an exchange or refund as long as they are unworn in all of the original packaging.

Return by post-
Please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible so we can record that you wish to return the product.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. However, we offer a UK ONLY Royal Mail returns label on the link below. This will cost the buyer £3.95 and will ensure your item is tracked and insured. Once the return is accepted by a member of our team, your label will be emailed to you. Once received, you can print it off and stick it on the outside of the parcel. Your parcel can then be dropped off at the post office or a Royal Mail parcel postbox. If you are outside the UK you will need to find an alternate way to send them back.
